The duties entails that of custodial care such as assistance in an individual daily living who is no longer able to care for themselves. The nurse aide assists in: Bathing, dressing, oral care, toileting, incontinence care and medication reminder.  In adjunct to these duties many Home Care companies have added housekeeping, laundry, accompanying patient to the doctors, grocery shopping and more to their service.

Home Health Care is associated with clinical and rehabilitation needs, more people and seniors are choosing to rehabilitate in the comfort of their home.
