Returning the Love That Mom Gave Us!
Returning the Love That Mom Gave Us!
Hello, Suzanne?” It’s a familiar voice on my phone, but faint. It’s my mom. “I hope I didn’t get your voice mail again”. With frustration I wondered, “how did I miss her call? Without her, I would never be here”.
Well, life has been so busy, with a family of my own, my job and life every day necessities, I get busy, miss calls and get extremely tired when I get home .from work My brother has a family too and a wife that is not doing well health wise. Mom lives around 2000 miles from me and around 400 miles from my brother. Lately mom has not been feeling good telling me things like she doesn’t remember what she had for dinner. She doesn’t remember if she took her medication. She says she is ok, but I think I need to visit her. I need clarity and a peace of mind.
This was one of our client’s daughter who called us to see how we could provide some assistance to her mom in the comfort of her home. We sat with her listen to her mom needs and now we have one of our caregivers providing quality and customized care. The daughter gets a weekly report; she also gets a message every day when the caregiver arrives. In Suzanne own words; “Your service gives me peace in my mind and confidence that I made mom proud”.
